We offer delivery service for all of our plants. For the city of London the fee is $50.00 whether it is one tree or 10 trees. For concrete benches or any other item requiring two men the fee is $75.00. For deliveries outside of London please inquire as to the fee.

per urn, per year Hyde Park Garden Centre divides its’ refund policy into two distinct areas: hard goods and green goods. Hard Goods are anything not living. We offer complete refunds on items returned within 5 days. The item must be returned in an unused state, with all merchandizing tags and the original receipt. Anything returned after five days will be given a store credit for equal value. If there is no sales receipt, the refund is at the discretion of the management and will be either 80% of the tagged price or equal to the lowest known sale price. Green Goods are not returnable as we must be able to extend a guarantee to the next customer. Your trees, shrubs and vines are guaranteed to grow for one year if you follow our planting instructions. They are not guaranteed against neglect, abuse, pesticide/herbicide over-dosing, rodent, deer or mechanical injury. To honour your warranty the dead plant must accompany the sales receipt and planting instructions when you come back to the garden centre. We need to examine the plant and figure out why the plant died and inform you because the replacement plant is not guaranteed. Please keep your receipt and planting instructions. Plants are not guaranteed without these. Plants on sale are not guaranteed.
